Success Story Book
Situation/Business Challenges: Microsoft needed an 80-page event booklet designed, printed, and delivered in just two and a half weeks. The booklet, showcasing real world customer success stories, would be part of the Unified Communications launch and be distributed at twelve kickoff events around the United States. Microsoft needed a trusted marketing partner who could pull together a team - project manager, graphic designer, proofreader, and printer – to coordinate the details and deliver on this tight production schedule.

Solution: Within one day, Projectline consultants assembled a dedicated team of creatives who immediately began work on the project. Two design concepts for the front and back covers, tabs, and content pages were completed and presented to the client for approval by day two, and final design was completed by the third day. Approved content was folded into the design and print production began. Projectline enlisted the services of KP Corp who worked late into the night to finalize printing, binding, and packaging. The product was shipped overnight and arrived in New York at 8 am the day of the product launch event, with plenty of time for event coordinators to add the booklet to gift bags which were distributed to over 3000 attendees.
